Over time asphalt grays, fades and cracks. Cracks get worse and weeds take over. Every once in a while it is important to give it some maintenance and a new coat of sealer.

A wash with a degreaser to remove bugs, bird droppings and other contaminants is conducted. Hairline cracks are filled with an asphalt crack filler. Larger cracks or potholes are corrected with cold patch. The entire surface is recoated in an asphalt sealer.
