Revived Home Solutions – Limited Warranty (1000346376 Ontario Ltd.) Effective for Projects Completed On or After January 1, 2026
Revived Home Solutions stands behind our workmanship and application services. This Limited Warranty provides tiered coverage based on the service type, covering only defects directly caused by improper execution (e.g., faulty preparation, application, or installation under our control).
Warranty Tiers
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Cleaning Services OnlyApplies to pressure washing, outdoor surface cleaning (siding, windows, gutters, concrete, vinyl, wood, interlock, etc.), and similar non-sealing cleaning jobs. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning results due to our workmanship (e.g., missed spots, streaking from our methods), notify us within 30 days of completion. We will re-clean the affected area at no charge (one time only).
- 2-Year Workmanship Warranty – Deck Staining/Sealing & RelatedApplies to deck & fence staining, sealing, refinishing, repairs, and similar wood treatments. We warrant our workmanship for two (2) years from completion date against defects like premature peeling, flaking, or adhesion failure solely due to our application.
- 2-Year Workmanship Warranty – Laneway/Driveway SealersApplies to asphalt sealcoating, laneway sealing, and similar driveway surface treatments. We warrant our workmanship for two (2) years from completion date against defects like premature cracking (from application error), poor bonding, or uneven coverage due to our methods.
- 1-Year Workmanship Warranty – All Other ServicesApplies to concrete stain/seal/repairs, interlock restoration, general home maintenance/repairs, and any non-specified services. Coverage for one (1) year from completion against workmanship defects.
What Is Covered (Across All Tiers)
Defects directly caused by our workmanship, such as improper surface prep leading to adhesion failure or uneven application attributable to our error. If confirmed, we will repair or re-apply the affected area at no charge. Failure or performance of manufacturer-supplied products (e.g., sealants, stains, cleaners) beyond our application—any product-specific warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer (labour only; materials at cost if not our fault), at our discretion.
Exclusions & Limitations (Applies to All Tiers)
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions (rot, cracks, pitting, efflorescence, poor previous work, substrate damage)
- Normal wear and tear, fading, chalking, gradual deterioration from Ontario weather (UV, freeze-thaw, rain, humidity, salt, etc.)
- Damage by Client, third parties, pets, vehicles, misuse, or post-completion changes
- Underlying issues (rot in wood, concrete movement, poor drainage, roots, chemical exposure)
- Cosmetic variations, colour changes, or aesthetics influenced by original surface condition
- Consequential/incidental damages (property damage, loss of use, extra costs)
Maintenance Requirements
Warranty validity requires:
- Following post-service instructions (e.g., no traffic during cure times).
- For stained/sealed surfaces (decks, driveways, concrete/interlock): Re-apply compatible sealants/stains every 2–3 years (or per manufacturer guidelines) to combat environmental wear. Inadequate maintenance voids coverage.
- Prompt reporting of issues.
Claims Process
- Notify us in writing (info@revivedhomesolutions.ca or 1-226-768-1825) within 30 days of discovery (and within the warranty period).
- Provide invoice number, address, description, and photos.
- We inspect free (reasonable time).
- If covered, we remedy at our option (original site or agreed location).
General Terms
- Non-transferable; original Client/owner only.
- No other warranties (express/implied) apply.
- Liability limited to remedying workmanship (not exceeding original labour cost).
This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
