These are the general terms that apply to all work performed by Revived Home Solutions.
1. Agreement
By booking any services, paying a deposit, or allowing work to begin, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Weather & Delays Beyond Our Control
Many of our services are weather dependent. We will make every reasonable effort to complete the work as scheduled. Delays caused by weather, extreme temperatures, rain, high humidity, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract. We will communicate with you and reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

We provide a 1 Year Workmanship Warranty on our installation, application, and labour. This warranty covers only defects directly caused by our workmanship. It does NOT cover:

8. Acceptance of Work
Once the Client has inspected the completed work and has not raised any concerns within 7 days of completion, the work will be deemed accepted.
9. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the specific quote / proposal / invoice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No other promises, verbal agreements, or representations are binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
